As most of our products are held in stock we aim to have these packaged and out for posting the same day as the order is placed. As delivery for small parcels is done by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post the delivery is usually within 3 -4 working days. If however an item is out of stock or needs to be especially made for you then we will contact you by email or telephone and advise you of the expected delivery date for the item.

Most of our smaller parcels are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
We also use Door to Door Courier delivery with a 3 - 5 day delivery service depending on the area you live in . Our Carrier will deliver your goods to the delivery address you supplied when placing your order. If there is no-one at the address at the time of delivery to sign for the goods a calling card will be left to notify you that an attempt to deliver your goods was made. On occasion your parcel can be left with a neighbour but a card advising of this should be left by the driver. Or you will be required to collect the goods from the local depot; details of this will be on the card left by the driver.
If you provide a valid email address all parcels delivered by Carrier can be tracked and traced and you will be notified of an expected delivery time of day.

We will use Royal Mail International Delivery Track and Trace Service, the price for this will be calculated at the Checkout. As in the case of our Nappy Cake Gifts because of the high price Tracking costs it is not possible to offer this option. However each Nappy Cake will be weighed and individually priced and the Customer advised as to the cost of Shipping.
