The TPU Breathable, waterproof insert is high-tech product of nowadays, which features the windproof, raindrop-proof, but the gas(or water vapour) can penatrate, so that the human's skin is able to obtain the natural breath.

The membrane used in the TPU breathable, waterproof insert is a kind of superdensity, cellular-shaped molecular structure material, which contains as many as 9 trillion micropores in a mere 1sq inch, the diameter of such holes is only 0.1-03m, where as that of water molecular is 100-300m, so the water can't penetrate them.  And the diameter of the water vapour molecular is only 0.0004m, therefore, the water vapour can come throught the membrane easily.
